They got to me a timely manner and provided a professional estimate.

The initial meeting for an estimate was low-pressure compared to a competitor (who offered us a special deal, but only if we said yes on the spot), so that was nice. They told us how many weeks it would take to receive the windows from the manufacturer, and (with a nudge from us because we were going to leave town) they were able to do the installation in the target week. The installation took a day and a half. They were pleasant to interact with and left everything ship-shape. So far, no problems with the windows. My only worry was that the line of windows they use, Vinyl Kraft, doesn’t seem to be one of the biggest names and was hard to find ratings on. But they have the same features as other brands and they’re working well for us.

The Voorhees crew was very professional, experienced, efficient, well-mannered and neat. All 9 windows were installed perfectly and clean-up done in 1 day!

I have to say when I called I was not expecting Dan to come over so soon, he actually wanted to look and see what the inside of the roof looked like and went into the attic, I did not get that from other roofers I called!! He explained the process and what type of materials they use and was able to get me a quote the same day he came!! They did such an amazing job!! I needed a complete roof replacement and they were able to do the job!! It took a short amount of time for them to do an entire roof for my house!! Thank you so much for the amazing job you guys!! From start to finish this company was 5 star. Denny, the salesman was the very first person to respond to a request for a quote out of 5 other companies, he responded within 24 hours of the request. Denny is professional, honest and very caring, you can tell that all by the initial meeting. He offered a payment plan that was affordable with no hassle or negotiating. Cindy who runs the show in the office was also wonderful, i felt like we were long lost friends who just reunited. Then there is the laborers, they worked 12 hours the first day and 4 the next, the roof was complete in 16 hours!!! They did a fantastic job of tearing off and re-shingling. I recently purchased my first home a few months ago and it was in dire need of a new roof. With a new mortgage payment I was not sure how I could afford a new roof right away.
